Our Story

ES Synergy was founded in 2016 by Dr Erik Schmikl and a small team of industry leading business and behavioral educators  who had a vision to take individuals and their organizations from self-awakening towards becoming industry defining  organizational and entrepreneurial business leaders.

This collaboration has brought together experience and knowledge from diverse frontiers, combined to provide a learning experience that will teach individuals and the companies or organizations they represent how to reach higher levels of success than even they themselves might have ever envisioned.
